Nursing Home Administrator (NHA)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Administrator who really enjoys working with the geriatric population.  We are searching for a Nursing Home Administrator with drive and compassion to become a part of our dedicated and professional Nursing Home Team.

Job Summary & Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of  Nursing Home Administration experience in a LTC, Skilled Care, Supportive Living, or Assistant Living environment
  • Assist in planning, implementing, and maintaining facility’s programs and operations
  • Assist in developing facility policies and procedures
  • Assist department Management in the performance evaluations
  • Assist in the recruitment and retention of qualified staff
  • Extensive experience in building strong relationships with referral networks and educating the community on the outstanding services provided
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills
